Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences? As a Guest Experience Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and tenants.

We are seeking a talented and professional individual to join our dynamic team. Your role will involve providing engaging welcomes and farewells, registering visitors and staff, and ensuring reception spaces are well-presented and clean.

Key responsibilities include:

- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure all interactions are welcoming and engaging.
- Register visitors and staff using designated management systems.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of reception spaces, guest lounges, and meeting rooms.
- Work closely with security teams to ensure safety and security protocols are followed.
- Manage bookings and maintenance of meeting spaces.
- Assist with administrative tasks as required.
