**Role Summary:**

We are seeking an exceptional professional to join our Front Office team as a Guest Experience Ambassador. This role requires someone who is passionate about delivering rare and special luxury service, embodying the essence of excellence in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Front Desk team with general operational tasks, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
  • Operate the telephone switchboard, responding to all guest inquiries with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Assist with verifying and adjusting billing for guests, following up with guest questions and requests.
  • Become an expert on the hotel and surrounding area, exceeding guest expectations through local knowledge.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, collaborating with other departments to drive future bookings.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with property management systems or similar technology.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role, demonstrating a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Working rights in Australia.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and energized in a fast-paced environment.
