Event Sales Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Event Sales professional to join our team at White Bay, a renowned event management organisation in Sydney.
About the Role:
- Conduct client consultations to understand their event vision and needs.
- Negotiate and convert bookings into confirmed sales.
- Develop strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Create compelling sales proposals and quotations.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from initial inquiry to booking confirmation.
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for seamless event delivery.
- Maintain accurate client information in our CRM system.
- Represent White Bay professionally at events and meetings.
Requirements:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record in event sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
