Reliability Engineering Opportunity

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for driving asset reliability and performance improvements across processing operations. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in championing safety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Champion safety and environmental standards to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Develop and implement reliability improvement initiatives through data analysis and strategic planning.
  • Oversee equipment condition monitoring and asset integrity programs to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
  • Provide engineering input into capital projects to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive cost control through maintenance planning and defect elimination.
  • Foster collaboration across departments and contractors to achieve common goals.
  • Manage Continuous Improvement and Change Management programs to drive sustainable results.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Reliability Engineering is required.
  • Proven experience in reliability engineering within mineral processing or heavy industry is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in conditioning monitor techniques and reliability tools are necessary.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are crucial for success in this role.
  • Commitment to safety, sustainability and operational excellence is expected.
