Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive asset reliability and performance improvements across processing operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Champion safety and environmental standards, ensuring full compliance with occupational health and safety systems.
  • Lead improvement initiatives through data analysis, root cause investigations, and strategic planning.
  • Develop and optimise maintenance strategies to prevent equipment failures.
  • Oversee condition monitoring and asset integrity programs to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide engineering input into capital projects, ensuring reliability and maintainability are embedded in design.
  • Drive cost control through strategic planning and defect elimination.
  • Foster collaboration across departments and contractors to promote knowledge sharing and best practices.
Requirements
  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Reliability Engineering (or related discipline) is essential.
  • Proven experience in reliability engineering within mineral processing or heavy industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in conditioning monitor techniques, reliability tools, and software.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
