Job Description:


As a Senior Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for driving asset reliability and performance improvements across processing operations.

The role will focus on championing safety and environmental standards, leading reliability improvement initiatives through data analysis and strategic planning.

You will develop and optimise preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, oversee equipment condition monitoring and asset integrity programs, and provide engineering input into capital projects.

Additionally, you will drive cost control through strategic maintenance planning and defect elimination, foster collaboration across departments and contractors, and manage the site's Continuous Improvement (CI) and Change Management (MoC) programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Reliability Engineering is essential.
  • Proven experience in reliability engineering within mineral processing or heavy industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in conditioning monitor techniques, reliability tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
