Senior Reliability Engineer

We are seeking a senior engineer to join our processing maintenance team at St Ives gold mine.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving asset reliability and performance improvements across our processing operations, ensuring safe, sustainable, and cost-effective production.
- Champion safety and environmental standards.
- Lead reliability improvement initiatives through data analysis and strategic planning.
- Develop and optimise preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
- Oversee equipment condition monitoring and asset integrity programs.
- Provide engineering input into capital projects.
- Drive cost control through strategic maintenance planning.
- Foster collaboration across departments and contractors.
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Reliability Engineering is essential.
- Proven experience in reliability engineering within mineral processing or heavy industry.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in conditioning monitor techniques and reliability tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
