Main Responsibilities
  • Champion safety and environmental standards ensuring full compliance with OHS&E systems.
  • Lead reliability improvement initiatives through data analysis root cause investigations and strategic planning.
  • Develop and optimise preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
  • Oversee equipment condition monitoring and asset integrity programs including Registered and Rotable Plant.
  • Provide engineering input into capital projects ensuring reliability and maintainability are embedded in design.
  • Drive cost control through strategic maintenance planning and defect elimination.
  • Foster collaboration across departments and contractors promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Manage the site's Continuous Improvement CI and Change Management MoC programs.
Requirements
  • Degree in Mechanical Electrical or Reliability Engineering or related discipline is essential.
  • Proven experience in reliability engineering within mineral processing or heavy industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in conditioning monitor techniques reliability tools and software e.g SAP AMT PRONTO or similar.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Commitment to safety sustainability and operational excellence.
