SB Recruitment is partnering with a well-respected government organisation to find a dedicated Senior Project Coordinator.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity will see you work closely with the Project Manager, supporting the delivery of various projects in NSW.

  • You will be responsible for managing complaints, coordinating appointments, meetings, travel, and preparing reports, letters, and spreadsheets.
  • Additionally, you will contribute to business systems testing, data analysis, and trend identification to improve efficiency.
Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar Project Support and/or Senior Administration Officer role.
  • Government experience is highly valued.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask, maintain attention to detail, and meet deadlines.
  • Intermediate skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are essential.
