Talent Web is looking for a proactive Senior Government Projects Coordinator to join their team. As a key member of our bid coordination team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the preparation of bids and tenders for government and private sector projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure all documentation is accurate and submitted on time
  • Use your initiative to enhance bid processes and contribute to the development of compelling proposals
  • Compile and analyse data to ensure consistency and accuracy in tender submissions
  • Work closely with internal teams to gather necessary information and ensure timely submissions

Requirements:

  • Experience in bid coordination, ideally within the construction or government sectors
  • Familiarity with government tender processes and related documentation
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work independently and within a team

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience
