Quality Assurance Position

This role involves leading local quality initiatives in project delivery to enhance the overall quality of our work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to identify and resolve systemic quality issues in clinical delivery.
  • Providing guidance and support to project teams for developing and tracking corrective actions.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators to identify common trends and areas for improvement.
  • Communicating complex quality issues with stakeholders and mentoring junior staff members.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combined education and experience.
  • Moderate clinical research experience, preferably in Pharma/CRO/Site Management.
  • Knowledge of ICH GCP, JGCP, or in-country equivalents is required.
  • Basic project management skills and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be able to act independently, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.
