Job Opportunity: Lead Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced quality assurance specialist to lead and develop our dynamic QA team in ensuring high-quality products and processes.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems that meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead a small team of quality assurance specialists to achieve high-quality standards through regular audits and inspections.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Essential Skills:
  • Proven experience in quality management and food safety
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field
  • Experience with HACCP and ISO 22000
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards
