Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in the Clinical Governance Service.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of quality systems, patient safety, and strategic leadership, with expertise in developing and implementing improvement initiatives to achieve 'quality and safety' outcomes.

  • Develop and implement quality systems that meet specific requirements under SA Health accreditation policy.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve NSQHSS Framework objectives and performance outcomes.

The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to problem solve, resolve conflicts, and negotiate effectively. They will also possess excellent project management skills and be able to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment.

As a dedicated and compassionate Quality Assurance Specialist, you will contribute to improving healthcare outcomes and increasing quality improvement capability across the organization.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will require a high level of technical, corporate, informatics, patient safety, and quality knowledge, expertise, and experience. A degree or equivalent in a relevant field is essential, along with significant experience in quality assurance and improvement.
