Job Description

The role of a Quality Control Specialist is to ensure the quality and integrity of products within delivery times.

  • Verify the quality of components and products, including troubleshooting, recording, and maintaining relevant test data for verification to standards.
  • Complete incoming Quality Control on components.
  • Assess warranty claims on returned items.
  • Repair electronic components and devices.
  • Conduct product factory acceptance testing and preparation for packing/dispatch.
  • Document component and product testing results.
  • Collaborate with teams to assess and address factory issues.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance systems to meet quality specifications and standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement through performance feedback.
  • Create and maintain product and process documentation.
  • Train new team members on assembly and FAT procedures.
  • Identify and escalate potential risks to product quality or compliance.
  • Participate in deviation plans and root cause analysis.
  • Ensure deployment and compliance of quality and regulatory processes.
