You will work closely with our product managers to define, document, prioritize, and communicate functional requirements to global development teams. Your knowledge of healthcare processes and technologies will enable you to provide informed input on feature design, implementation, and testing.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess excellent interpersonal skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders. Your presentation skills will also be essential in presenting project outcomes and recommendations to senior management and customers.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience working as a business analyst in the EMR industry or health environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions.
  • Experience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training, and implementing new applications and systems.
  • Proven track record of working with information technology functional groups within organizations.
  • Experience working with business processes and re-engineering, including contemporary engagement methods such as Proof of Concepts, application design, and delivery methodologies (Waterfall/Agile).
  • Healthcare domain knowledge, clinical, or health IT background (vendor experience).
  • Knowledge of ANZ healthcare processes and requirements.
