Clinical Operations Manager Role Summary">

As a Clinical Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinical team in Australia, ensuring quality standards are consistently met. You will lead, mentor, and support team leads and clinicians to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and professional growth.

This role requires strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities, as well as excellent judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for implementing continuous improvement strategies to optimize clinical workflows and data management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of daily clinical operations, guaranteeing quality standards and service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Leadership, mentoring, and support for team leads and clinicians to attain KPIs and professional development.
  • Implementation of continuous improvement strategies to optimize clinical workflows and data management processes.
  • Coordination of scheduling for onsite sonographers in line with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Maintenance of strong communication channels between clinical teams and senior leadership.
  • Driving engagement, performance, and a culture of collaboration and accountability within the clinical team.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Team Lead or People Management position.
  • A background in a clinical or healthcare field, with cardiac experience being desirable.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
  • Excellent judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Alignment with expected behaviours and values: Agile & Innovative, Commitment, Generosity, Accountability, Teamwork, and Heart.
