Job Title: Healthcare Support Specialist

Peak Pharmacy is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Healthcare Support Specialist to join our dispensing team. As a key member, you will provide exceptional customer service, promote health and wellbeing in local communities.


About The Role:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service experiences.
  • Promote and sell products and services effectively.
  • Provide expert health advice, appropriate to your training level, including support in the dispensary and delivery of enhanced services.
  • Manage stock efficiently, including ordering, rotation, pricing, and stock level checks.
  • Support branch operations, including administrative duties, general housekeeping, cash handling.

Required Skills And Qualifications:
  • A strong commitment to patient care and community values.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A team player who is dependable, professional, and supportive of colleagues.
  • Experience working within pharmacy environment (not essential).
