Key Responsibilities:
  1. Efficiently process and manage transactional data requests.
  2. Maintain the integrity and consistency of data across multiple platforms.
  3. Oversee data integrations and monitor system performance to optimize results.
  4. Create and maintain accurate vendor positions within our systems.
  5. Verify and ensure the accuracy of all data entries.
  6. Collaborate with our team to enhance and upgrade our systems.
  7. Assist in generating reports that provide valuable insights.
  8. Support audit requests by providing necessary documentation.
  9. Guarantee the confidentiality of sensitive contractor information.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Proven experience in vendor onboarding and administration.
  2. Detailed knowledge of company policies and procedures.
  3. Ability to facilitate business process change and end-user training.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Experience with SuccessFactors and MyPass or similar HR systems.
