Job Title:

Commercial Operations Coordinator

This role plays a vital support function for the Sales & Commercial team and wider Business Development function. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and monitoring contracts, assisting with sales pipeline management, coordinating business activities, and facilitating communication between commercial and technical teams.

  • Preparing, reviewing, and administering contracts, agreements, and legal documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assisting with CRM platform implementation and maintenance to record and monitor contractual and sales activities.
  • Monitoring and managing the sales pipeline from lead generation through contract finalisation and closure.
  • Coordinating contract-related activities such as sales meetings, training sessions, and customer demonstrations.
  • Liaising with suppliers, stakeholders, and internal teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Acting as a cross-functional liaison between commercial and technical teams.
  • Assisting in preparing monthly business reports for operational and strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of contract administration practices and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective stakeholder liaison.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing agreements and legal documentation.
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines.
