About this role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Administrator to support our Director, Commercial. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn the inner workings of a commercial team and gain exposure to various processes.

  • Coordinating and managing registers, documentation, and workflows
  • Supporting supplier onboarding and compliance process
  • Maintaining internal systems including SharePoint and distribution lists
  • Assisting with reporting and preparation of commercial analysis
  • Contributing to digitisation and process improvement initiatives
  • Providing scheduling and coordination support to the Director, Commercial
  • Collaborating with teams across Finance, Project Controls, HR, Legal, and Communications
  • Supporting meeting coordination and training arrangements
