Key Sales Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to lead our Microsoft Sales Practice in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ).

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the sales strategy, leading a dynamic team, and playing a pivotal role in business expansion in the region.

  • Lead, mentor, and drive the success of the sales team within the Microsoft practice, ensuring targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the broader goals of our organisation, driving business growth within the ANZ region.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, decision-makers, and influential industry figures, across ANZ.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, while expanding existing client accounts through a consultative sales approach.
  • Work cross-functionally with other business units to ensure seamless delivery of consulting solutions and services, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead by example and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and a results-driven culture.
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets, ensuring sustainable growth within the Consulting Practice.
