Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a welcoming ambassador for guests, showcasing warmth and great vibes from initial contact.
  • Maintain a positive and upbeat energy throughout all interactions, whether in-person, via phone or email.
  • Efficiently manage check-ins, check-outs, emails and phone calls with confidence and poise.
  • Remain informed about venue happenings and provide helpful recommendations to enhance guests' stay.
  • Anticipate guests' needs and deliver a friendly, VIP-style experience.
About You
  • Passion for creating memorable experiences for guests is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication abilities are required.
  • Organizational skills and computer literacy are vital for this position.
  • Current RSA certificate is mandatory.
