Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Customer Service Ambassador to join our hospitality team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating memorable interactions with our guests.

  • Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, centered around safety and RSA compliance

  • You are great with people, detail and communication and motivated to make a positive impact for your guests and your teammates
  • You have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends
  • You hold a current RSA certificate
