Customer Service Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Ambassador to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests, this role requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver an outstanding experience.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for delivering customer-centric service, ensuring every interaction is warm, welcoming, and efficient. You will be responsible for assisting guests with all aspects of their stay, from check-in to check-out, as well as responding to their requests in a prompt and courteous manner.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating and meeting the needs of guests
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure procedures are followed
- Communicate effectively with other departments to resolve guest queries
- Handle guest complaints in a positive manner and escalate as required
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel environment
- An energetic, team-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
- Knowledge of Opera Cloud is a bonus
