
Family Liaison Specialist

Camp Quality seeks a dedicated professional to oversee hospital engagement nationally.
This key role will provide clinical supervision and psycho-social support to the Services & Programs team, while facilitating important connections between our organization and families impacted by cancer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Establishing strong relationships with paediatric hospitals nationwide
- Fostering collaboration within our Child and Youth Cancer Alliance
- Delivering psycho-social support to families and staff members working closely with children affected by cancer

To succeed in this role, applicants must possess:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience within the not-for-profit, health or commercial sectors
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including stakeholder engagement and project management
- A proven ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders, including families, external agencies and referrers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Prior experience in management or leadership within health or community sectors is highly desirable. Additionally, candidates with tertiary qualifications in related fields, such as Psychology, Social Work or Communications, may have a competitive edge.
