  • Conduct screening, intake, and assessment of families referred to the program.
  • Actively engage with families waiting for allocation, maintaining regular contact and providing support when required.
  • Provide brief intervention support to families that are referred but where the program's wait list is at capacity or where the family may not fully meet the eligibility criteria.
