Our organization seeks a skilled and organized Private Patient Liaison Specialist to play a vital role in identifying private and compensable patients across our healthcare network.
">About the Role">This part-time permanent position is located at Casey Hospital, with scheduled shifts on Mondays, Fridays, and Saturday mornings. You will also have opportunities to work extra shifts at other main hospital campuses.
">Key Responsibilities:">- Identify potential private and compensable patients and assist them in understanding the benefits of utilizing private health insurance during their stay within our network.">
- Visit patients and clinical staff on wards to obtain supporting documentation and identification.">
- Ensure that patients are admitted under the correct classification.">
- Access to our in-house learning portals to expand your knowledge base.">
