
Participation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Participation Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing engagement and transition programs, as well as other early intervention initiatives.
">- Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for overseeing the Engagement and Transition program, as well as other early intervention programs within the region.
- You will also be tasked with training, mentoring, and supporting Engagement and Transition Coordinators; monitoring case management and may perform performance management of team members.
- In addition, you will develop and implement operational management procedures and strategies for training or suitable employment for compulsory school-aged students at risk.
- You will monitor and report outcomes to stakeholder schools and the region.
- You will collect, analyze, and report data in a timely, accurate, and confidential manner.
- You will work effectively in a team environment.
- Qualifications
- A nationally recognized qualification in human services, youth work, or a related area is highly desirable.

- Eligibility
- You must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment.
- You must consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number before you start.
- You must hold a nationally recognized qualification in human services, youth work, or a related area.
- You must hold a current 'C' class driver's license.
- You must obtain or hold a current Working with Children Check.
- You must undertake travel, including overnight stays in non-metropolitan locations, as required.
- You must undertake travel in small aeroplanes to remote locations, as required.

- Please demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify and clarify issues.
- Please demonstrate communication and interpersonal skills, including negotiation and teamwork across diverse backgrounds.
