Job Overview

This is a permanent opportunity for an experienced Civil Operator to join the wastewater team. The role involves operating, inspecting and maintaining wastewater systems.

Main Responsibilities
  • Participate in safe job planning, team meetings and workplace inspections.
  • Demonstrate leadership by ensuring that all work is undertaken with safety as the first priority.
  • Operate, maintain, monitor and repair wastewater assets, operational sites and public facilities as required.
  • Participate in overtime and rosters as required.
Key Requirements
  • Certificate 2 or 3 National Water Package or willingness to work towards.
  • Able to work in a wastewater environment (sewage) – relevant vaccinations required/provided.
  • Western Australian MR or higher Class Drivers Licence.
  • Current Confined Space, Working at Heights and Gas Test Atmospheres tickets.
  • Experience in water supply and wastewater systems.
  • Ability to work a rotating roster.
