Pmf Framework Manager
As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in championing consistency and effectiveness across the organisation's program of Capital works.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing, maintaining and implementing the Project Management Framework for relevant users across the Infrastructure and Capital works division
- Monitoring and reporting on strategic metrics to inform business decisions
- Utilising Excel, Word, MS Project, and relevant platforms to develop and manage project plans
- Evaluating the effectiveness of the framework using audit findings, best practice methodologies, and regulatory requirements
- Working closely with management to set up operational processes and robust review structures
Requirements for success in this role include:
- Proven experience working as a PMF professional, EPMO or PMO Project Manager, Analyst or Lead (Capital works, Project Management)
- Experience in Project Management methodologies, tools, and best practice
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline
- Strong communication skills with the ability to train and lead others
- Strong computer literacy skills with use of MS Project, Excel, Word
This is an assignment with opportunities for extension. The remuneration package includes $95-$125 + Superannuation (negotiable based on experience).
