Job Description

We are seeking an Engineering Management Systems Framework (EMSF) Coordinator to manage EMSF and associated standards, procedures, manuals, and templates across all phases of the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will oversee EMSF coverage, manage waiver and type approval processes, and collaborate with engineering teams to align requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation on waiver requests, type approval submissions, risk assessments, and regulator correspondence
  • Conducting audits and reviews to ensure up-to-date and accessible documentation
  • Preparing periodic reports and dashboards on waiver and type approval activities, highlighting trends, risks, and compliance performance

Additionally, this role requires effective collaboration with safety teams to control risks SFAIRP, leading applications for type approval, and contributing to organisational standards, policies, and processes development.


Required Skills and Qualifications

Successful applicants will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

A minimum of [X] years of experience in a related field is required, along with relevant certifications or qualifications such as EN 50126/50129, ISO 45001, and local regulations.

Proficiency in document management systems and audit tools is highly desirable.
