We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Investor Services team as a Strategic Business Development Specialist. This role will involve providing comprehensive Transfer Agency servicing to clients, ensuring the highest level of service while maintaining compliance with internal policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the direct manager in managing and supervising the team on tasks including transaction processing, KYC/AML documents reviews, FATCA/CRS reporting, and client reporting. They will also monitor processes and delivery to ensure all agreed KPIs are met.
Promoting and providing training/demo to clients on the use of our portal is an essential part of this role. Timely response to enquiries from fund managers, investors, and auditors is also crucial. The ideal candidate will have experience handling new client onboarding, ensuring all internal setup meets client needs.
In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will build relationships with clients and participate in system enhancement projects to improve reporting quality or operation efficiency.
Requirements:- A minimum of 5 years' experience in Transfer Agency/Investor Services; preferably in hedge funds.
- Excellent communication and client services skills, ability to work within a team toward timely and accurate production.
- Experience working as a supervisor and multi-tasking required.
- Able to work under pressure and willing to work overtime.
Fluent in written and spoken English. Mandarin speaking is an asset.
