We're currently seeking highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Claims Specialists to join our Insurance sector.
As a full-time employee, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive experience and resolving claims efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing claims from lodgement to settlement
- Liaising with customers to provide empathetic support
- Negotiating options for accurate claim processing
- Working within established procedures to ensure efficient claim resolution
The ideal candidate will have:
- A proven track record in claims management or similar complex customer service environments
- Excellent communication and phone skills
- A detail-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- High organisational skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities
- The ability to show empathy and provide the best commercial outcome
This role offers a competitive salary between $60,000-$80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
