Production Operations Coordinator

As a Production Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of mining activities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate real-time load and haul activities to maximise fleet utilisation and maintain production targets.
  • Monitor equipment health and respond swiftly to alerts or faults.
  • Support incident response and follow emergency protocols.
  • Collaborate with various teams including Production, Maintenance, and Technical Services.
  • Manage shift handovers, set priorities, and maintain clear communication.
  • Build strong working relationships with Supervisors and Production Coordinators.
  • Record and report production data, equipment usage, and downtime.
  • Produce accurate shift and performance reports.
  • Maintain and update mine control systems with critical data.
  • Act as first point of contact in emergencies, escalating to ERT when required.

This role offers a 7 days on 7 days off roster, providing a great work-life balance. Choose from DIDO or FIFO options, with access to modern camp facilities, including meals, gym, and recreation to make your time on site as comfortable as possible.
