Procurement Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced procurement expert to lead our strategic procurement initiatives.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies for categories like store fixtures, fittings, POS stock, signage, and consumables.
  • Sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier contracts globally, securing the best prices, quality, and delivery terms.
  • Collaborate with brands to forecast needs, align procurement with business objectives, and support the development and procurement of custom fixtures from prototypes to rollouts.
  • Lead a team of direct reports, fostering a collaborative culture focused on continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Manage organisational spending, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
  • Monitor market trends and analyse price structures to drive cost savings and process improvements.
Requirements:
