We are seeking a procurement professional who can drive strategic value through commercial negotiation and partnership development.

  • As a Senior Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end procurement processes, driving cost and risk reduction through negotiations, and building strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You will take ownership of a portfolio of spend categories and procurement initiatives that support both operational and strategic goals.
  • Your key responsibilities will include leading high-value contract negotiations to secure optimal commercial outcomes and long-term supplier partnerships, managing end-to-end procurement activities, developing and implementing procurement strategies, partnering with internal stakeholders, building and managing strategic supplier relationships, providing commercial insights, championing best practice procurement processes, and maintaining accurate procurement systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in Business, Supply Chain, or Procurement.
  • 5+ years' experience in a procurement specialist role, with strong expertise in strategic sourcing, negotiations, and contract management.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
  • Experience managing diverse spend categories.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver commercial outcomes, cost savings, and value-add initiatives.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with experience managing complex supplier relationships.
  • Commercially minded with a practical approach.
  • Proficiency in procurement systems and data analysis.
