We are seeking an experienced procurement professional to lead our strategic and operational procurement function. This is a hands-on leadership role that will shape procurement excellence and deliver tangible commercial impact across the business.

About the Role

This role sits within our Supply Chain team and reports directly to the Chief Supply Chain Officer. As Head of Procurement, you will be responsible for ensuring the uninterrupted supply of raw materials and packaging to support production and innovation.

  • Leading the planning and execution of procurement strategies to meet production schedules and inventory targets
  • Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships, negotiating commercially beneficial terms, and optimising value through cost, quality, and service metrics
  • Partnering with New Product Development (NPD), planning, and manufacturing teams to enable smooth, timely, and cost-effective delivery of new product innovations
  • Managing inventory to optimal levels balancing supply and continuity work with capital efficiency

You will be instrumental in driving cost efficiencies, simplifying supplier networks, and enabling successful NPD.

About You

We are looking for a strategic, delivery-focused procurement leader with a deep understanding of sourcing within manufacturing, food, or FMCG environments. You should thrive in fast-paced settings, bring a sharp commercial mindset, and be passionate about building strong supplier and internal partnerships that drive business value.
