This 12-month contract as Policy Administration Specialist will focus on providing exceptional customer service by ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of policyholder information processing.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Communicating with various stakeholders, including customers and other Health Insurers.
  • Ensuring policy administration tasks are completed accurately and on time, meeting KPIs.
  • Providing technical support for complex policy and legislation enquiries.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A motivated and self-driven attitude, with experience in administration and/or data entry roles.
  • Proven ability to multitask in high-pressure environments, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Efficient computer skills, willingness to learn about nib's Policy Administration procedures, and effective communication skills.
