Policy Administration Specialist Role

This is a 12 month contract position as a Policy Administration Specialist where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by ensuring the health of our customer policies.

The role involves effective, efficient and accurate processing of policyholder information. You will initially provide administrative support to the team by effectively managing the workflow and key priorities of the business in an accurate and timely manner meeting KPI's.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders including customers and other health insurers
  • Ensure policy administration admin items are accurately fulfilled and any tasks that are required by the business are actioned
  • Accurately and efficiently process customer policy information exceptions, manual customer policy information, and other related functions

You will transition into providing more technical support for complex policy and legislation enquiries and activities. Specifically, you will calculate Lifetime Health (LHC) refunds for members and provide detailed responses to members.

Requirements:
  • Motivated self-starter with experience in a similar administration and/or data entry role
  • Proven ability to multi-task in a high-pressured environment coupled with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to break down complex information into understandable language for relevant stakeholders and members
