Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional service for both clients and team members.

The ideal candidate will have strong multitasking skills, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Managing office functions, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Providing support to the team, handling incoming calls, and greeting clients and visitors.
  • Coordinating meetings, appointments, and team schedules to support efficient workflow.
  • Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and managing office expenses.
  • Acting as a point of contact for staff, assisting with HR administration, onboarding, and ensuring office policies and procedures are followed.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage office day-to-day activities, maintain organization systems, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, handle correspondence, and facilitate communication among staff and clients.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments, and maintain calendars and schedules.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping duties, reconcile accounts, and prepare financial reports.
  • Serve as a liaison between staff and management, assist with employee onboarding, and enforce company policies.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Strong customer-service orientation and ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
