Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert training and support to clients on our school management platform, ensuring they get the most out of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with our product team to identify and address customer needs, driving product enhancements and improvements.
  • Represent the voice of the customer, providing valuable insights to inform our product development and marketing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our solutions to clients, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven ability to learn complex software packages and become an expert in a short period.
  • Strong public speaking skills, with the ability to present to small and large audiences.
  • Ability to travel across Queensland and Northern Territory, with a valid driver's license.
