Client Solutions Consultant

Cuscal is seeking a highly skilled Client Solutions Consultant to join our Client Delivery Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working across the client engagement journey from pre-sales through to delivery, ensuring Cuscal and our clients are set up for success.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead pre-sales and discovery sessions with clients to understand their needs and constraints.
- Document client needs and Cuscal's standard solutions to enable effective roadmap, feasibility, and estimation discussions.
- Design and document solutions that meet client needs, including capturing scope of work, deliverables, acceptance criteria, assumptions, and costs.
- Provide detailed handovers to the delivery team and act as a point of escalation for internal stakeholders and clients throughout the implementation process.
- You are passionate about enabling excellent client outcomes.
- You have tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, commerce, finance, or related subjects.
- You possess outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to build effective customer relationships.
- You have strong industry knowledge of payments ecosystems and/or a strong understanding of Cuscal's product and technology solutions.
- You have excellent business process and/or project experience using tools such as Visio, Jira, PowerPoint.
