About the Role

Cuscal Limited is seeking a highly skilled Client Solutions Consultant to join our Client Delivery Team. As a Client Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for working across the client engagement journey from pre-sales through to delivery, setting Cuscal and our clients up for success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead pre-sales and discovery activities to ensure client needs and relevant constraints are fully understood and documented.
  • Capture a clear scope of work, deliverables, acceptance criteria, assumptions, and costs in Cuscal's standard format for Statements of Work.
  • Document, analyse and communicate challenges and solution options that address the client needs.
  • Provide a detailed handover to the delivery team at commencement of the implementation.
About You

To be successful in this position, you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Passion for enabling excellent client outcomes.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, commerce, finance or related subjects.
  • Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills, with the ability to build effective customer relationships.
  • Strong industry knowledge of payments ecosystems, and/or strong understanding of Cuscal's product and technology solutions.
  • Excellent business process and/or project experience using tools such as Visio, Jira, PowerPoint.
