About the Role

The Company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Environmental Consultant to join their team. As a Senior Environmental Consultant, you will play a key role in planning, preparing and managing environmental assessments, environmental impact studies, and environmental management plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project teams and monitor project progress
  • Provide expert technical advice and guidance on environmental assessments and impact studies
  • Engage with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to understand project authorities and address environmental concerns
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Mentor and guide junior consultants

Requirements

  • Tertiary education in environmental sciences, environmental planning, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in environmental consulting, with a focus on environmental assessments, impact studies, and management plans
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering projects across numerous sectors
  • Experience with NSW legislation
  • Strong experience with full pre-approvals process
