Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Training Team in our Corporate Office in Henderson, WA. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full cycle management of all training requests, including results management and financial updates. This is a highly interactive role requiring a thirst for quality customer service and strong communication skills for a variety of stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and allocate all training requests, including enrolments, confirmations, and notifications.
  • Schedule and allocate training resources, including trainers and training rooms.
  • Process student results and the issuance of Qualifications and Statements of Attainments.
  • Manage RTO General Meetings, including scheduling, agendas, minutes, and distribution.
  • Assist with Construction Industry Funding Claims.
  • Maintain a register of External Training Providers nationwide.
  • Process external training requests for training that cannot be fulfilled by Civmec RTO.
  • Maintain RTO booking dashboard.
  • Process training inbox and communications for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with Career Fair, Expos, School Careers Days, and Community Events.
About You

You will be an experienced Administrator with the following skills and qualifications:

  • Previous administration experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience coordinating schedules or planning work for multiple customers' needs.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective time management.
  • An eye for developing and implementing new or improving existing processes.
  • Proficient with MS Office suite.
