About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Receptionist and Facilities Administrator to join our team at Australian Gas Infrastructure Group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage reception duties, handle switchboard calls, and greet visitors
  • Administer security access cards and maintain parking registers
  • Coordinate incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Prepare and maintain meeting rooms, including AV equipment
  • Oversee day-to-day activities for leased properties and assist the National Property Manager with administrative tasks
  • Maintain relationships with external providers, building management, and agents
  • Support a safe and respectful workplace for all employees and third parties
  • Organise team events and maintain stationery stock and kitchen consumables
About You
  • Experience in reception, facilities coordination, or administration roles
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational abilities
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point
  • Experience with CMMS systems (SAP preferred)
