Job Summary
WT Partnership is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Perth. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and produce high-quality documents, including proposals, reports, and correspondence with clients and stakeholders.
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and staff, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in document preparation, invoicing, and reporting.
- Organize events, meetings, and Director's calendars, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
- Provide professional assistance in document drafting, information provision, and project setup.
- Manage and distribute invoices, coordinate procurement, and maintain office supplies.
- Provide reception services, including greeting clients and staff, and handling phone calls and emails.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance of office equipment, furniture, and facilities.
- Ensure adherence to WT Partnership's standards and templates.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive and positive attitude.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Suite.
- Experience in Financial Force and/or Sales Force.
