We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Boutique Consulting. As a key member of our international team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Provide efficient and precise administrative support to our clients and colleagues, ensuring the smooth operation of business functions.
- Coordinate efforts, streamline processes, and foster collaboration among team members to achieve common goals.
- Manage complex scheduling for meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
- Plan and organize detailed itineraries for business travel, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Draft, edit, and review confidential correspondence, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and professionalism in all communications.
- Compile statistical information and conduct research to assist in the creation of reports and presentations.
- Oversee the daily operations of the office, including managing supplies, coordinating maintenance and IT support, and ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
- Organize and coordinate meetings and events, including logistics, attendee management, and material preparation.
- Support various projects by assisting with planning, tracking, and execution.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 5 years of solid and continuous experience as a professional Administrative Assistant or Personal Assistant, backed by relevant qualifications.
You will also need to combine your excellent written and oral communication skills with attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive approach.
Reliability, resilience under pressure, and expertise in managing stakeholder relationships at all organisational levels are essential for this role.
