The Role

As the Head of Programs, Partnerships & Social Impact, you will drive the expansion of Work Ventures' digital inclusion and cybersecurity services.

You'll be responsible for driving innovation, securing funding, and ensuring our programs align with Work Ventures' mission and business goals.

This role demands an individual who thrives in managing diverse responsibilities, from business growth to advocacy and social impact measurement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the development and scaling of digital inclusion and NFP cybersecurity services.
  2. Innovate in product development to generate revenue and deliver measurable social impact.
  3. Build and manage strategic relationships with corporate, government, and NFP partners.
  4. Oversee the Contact Centre and ensure excellence in customer support, technology assistance, and digital literacy coaching.
  5. Secure grants, corporate sponsorships, and donations to fund our impactful programs.
  6. Drive advocacy efforts, positioning Work Ventures as a leader in digital inclusion and cybersecurity within the NFP sector.
  7. Lead impact measurement and reporting, providing evidence-based insights to stakeholders.
  8. Contribute to the strategic direction of Work Ventures as part of the leadership team.
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a visionary leader with the ability to inspire and drive teams toward social impact and financial sustainability.

Decisive and results-oriented, with experience leading successful programs and partnerships in fast-paced environments.

Innovative thinker who can identify opportunities for growth and transform them into sustainable programs.

Strong relationship-building skills, adept at working with diverse stakeholders, from corporate sponsors to government entities.

A passion for making a difference in the community through technology and social innovation.

Qualifications and Experience

A degree in Business, IT Management, Social Impact, or a related field.

A minimum of 5 years' experience in developing new products or services in a commercial environment.

Proven experience in grant writing, project management, and developing corporate sponsorships.

Strong leadership background, with experience in social enterprise, digital inclusion, or cybersecurity programs.

Experience with advocacy and coalition-building within the NFP sector is highly desirable.
