The Role

As the Head of Programs, Partnerships & Social Impact, you will be responsible for expanding our digital inclusion and cybersecurity services, driving innovation, securing funding, and ensuring our programs align with our mission and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the development and scaling of digital inclusion and NFP cybersecurity services.
  2. Innovate in product development to generate revenue and deliver measurable social impact.
  3. Build and manage strategic relationships with corporate, government, and NFP partners.
  4. Oversee the Contact Centre and ensure excellence in customer support, technology assistance, and digital literacy coaching.
  5. Secure grants, corporate sponsorships, and donations to fund our impactful programs.
  6. Drive advocacy efforts, positioning Work Ventures as a leader in digital inclusion and cybersecurity within the NFP sector.
  7. Lead impact measurement and reporting, providing evidence-based insights to stakeholders.
  8. Contribute to the strategic direction of Work Ventures as part of the leadership team.

Qualifications and Experience

The successful candidate will have:

  • A degree in Business, IT Management, Social Impact, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in developing new products or services in a commercial environment.
  • Proven experience in grant writing, project management, and developing corporate sponsorships.
  • Strong leadership background, with experience in social enterprise, digital inclusion, or cybersecurity programs.
